Hamilton Avenue Apartments Frederick MD is a contemporary multifamily residential project designed by DDR-chitecture to thoughtfully integrate new housing within an established Frederick neighborhood. Located in the heart of Frederick’s East Patrick District, East Pat Lofts is a premier mixed-use development featuring 19 modern, industrial-style lofts and street-level retail just steps from Carroll Creek. This steel-framed building seamlessly blends Frederick's historic red brick heritage with contemporary dark metal balconies and a publicly accessible courtyard, offering an elevated living experience in Maryland's fastest-growing creative hub.
